Our Story
Thai Lotus has called the Mississippi Gulf Coast home for more than fifteen years. Our menu is a journey through the kitchens of Thailand and Vietnam — rich coconut curries, slow-simmered pho, fragrant lemongrass stir-fries, and the bright, herbaceous salads that define the region.
